Dear Art, you were remembered today. Actually you are thought of on many days when a memory is sparked.

But today was extra special because your daughter Molly and I sat for 2 hours in our parked cars (because of covid, believe me when I say you would be glad to have missed this) and reminisced about you, days gone by, and how much we loved you. You made a difference, my friend. I will never forget you as you are firmly planted in my heart. Card playing with you and Lorraine, in Hampden and in Bangor, shine in some of the best times. You... are unforgettable!

Sending love.

Arthur Larson! Thinking about this sweet man makes me smile. I can still see the impish looks he'd get on his face. They were delightful to behold! What a character! He certainly added some fun to my days when we'd get together to play cards. It's a blessing to have known him.

Sending love to heaven... You are missed, my dear friend.

I miss you, my dear card-playing friend! I miss everything about you. I remember how you'd pretend to zip your lip and throw away the key. And I really miss your asking what the score was... xoxo always

To the Larson Family: I am writing the following message at the request of my Dad, Emile Poirier. He was very saddened to learn of Arthur's passing. Kara, with you being the youngest, Dad (he's 91 years old now) seems to remember you quite well and would like to talk with you personally. If you could share your contact info with me, I will pass it on to Dad. Sending my condolences to your entire family, Rachel Lynch 944-2351 or [email protected]

To the family of the late Arthur Larson,
We are very sorry for the loss of a great leader, loving father and devoted husband. While working in Old Town we became very close friends. We very much enjoyed playing golf together as time from work permitted. We also did quite a bit of traveling together... MN, NY, NH and many places in Maine. No matter what came up, his family was always first. Please accept our condolences and good wishes. May God bless Arthur's soul, Emile & Stella Poirier

better about themselves.. He will be missed by all that knew him.

Molly, although we met under very difficult circumstances I wanted to let you know how heart warming it was to spend time with you and your father. He was a very lucky man to have had such a loving family at his side during his venture. I didnt get to meet your sisters or brother, but you very lovingly expressed thier devotion to him as well.
God Bless you all - Cathi from Premier HC
