My deepest sympathy to the Noeldechen family, a family that will forever remain close to my heart. Throughout the years no matter where I stood in AJ's life, you always welcomed me back with open arms and a big smile. It's a true reflection of your spirit and something I have always appreciated and admired. I am deeply saddened by this loss but I am grateful to have shared in a part of your life. May you all find comfort through the memories of him. "Praise God for all that is past; Trust God for all that is to come."

Art my great friend, who am I going to fish with now? It will never ever be the same...you were the best...you made every trip outrageous fun....I am glad for the years of friendship we had but they were cut way too short. You were like a brother to me. I promise you from the heart that I will help AJ and Ashley through this in everyway possible. This picture is from the last day we fished together...so until we fish again...

Our sincere condolences to the Noeldechen family. We first met Art, Debra, and Ashley while I coached AJ at roller hockey behind the Middle School. What was a long time ago seems like yesterday. But every time our paths crossed, Art always had that smile everyone talks about. He was never at a loss for words while we caught up on the accomplishments and plans our children had. His pride and love for his family reflected in that smile. Art always expressed what a "lucky guy" I was...well we were the"lucky ones" to have met him. We will truly miss him.

Art, I can't express the sadness I felt when being informed that your are no longer with us. Many pictures filled my head with you and me being together and also we knew each other only for just more than a year working for the same project we felt how close we are when we talked and exchanged thoughts, ideas and stories of our life. I will keep all those moments alive in my mind. I will miss you. Michael

No one rolled up their sleeves like my colleague and friend Art. He would not rest until we found a solution whether it was a financial or technical issue. In the years we worked together, he always sparkled with pride and smiles whenever we talked about our kids. He was a caring father that was so very proud of their accomplishments!!
Art has found a way to touch us all. He etched his friendship, his humor, and his smile permanently into our hearts. He showed the essence of how each of us can overcome any obstacle in life. In spite of the challenges, he always rose above them and blessed the world with truly wonderful young adults we all can be proud of. With my deepest sympathies to his family.

Words cannot express the emotion of this tragedy. Art was not only my next door neighbor and best friend's dad, he was also my second father. Art was the nicest, most fun loving person I have ever known. I do not think I ever saw a day he did not smile at me. His children meant the world to him and I know he will always be looking down at them. He will forever be in all of our hearts. It seemed like nothing really bothered Art and when the impossible always worked out for him we questioned how that always happened. The answer to that question was "Because it's Art." I have many memories that I will cherish forever and the jokes him, Ashley, and I shared. Thank you for the laughs, the jokes, the vacations, the car rides, the random moments, everything you have ever done for me, but most of all thank you for your children and allowing me to be part of your family. I will miss you everyday but heaven has an amazing angel. I love you Art, this isn't goodbye this is see you later.

Art,
For someone who seemly always had an empty refrigerator, you always had a cold beer ready to share on a hot summer's day when we were both out doing the yard work. I owe you a few. As much as we hated that motorcycle of yours idling forever in the driveway on a Saturday morning, how we wish we heard it this morning. On bad snow days, we all pulled together at this end of Overlook to dig each other out. We will miss you not being here this winter, and seasons to come. Neighbors become friends, friends become extended family. AJ and Ashley are always welcome at our house. We saw our kids grow up. To your family, our sincerest condolences. Let time heal their hearts, and let time heal the hearts of those who knew you. Heart. That was a gift you had. A big heart. This is my personal note. The 'girls' will write down their thoughts and feelings, as they knew you. Safe journey, Art. Smile down on us when you can.
