I worked for Mr. Pais at Laminite a long time ago. He was very dear to me. I was in college and he helped me with a paper I did on the Holocaust. We had many conversations about his life and what he endured. I hadn't seem him in years but when my husband read me the article in the newspaper, I cried as if I had only seen him the day before. He was a very fine man. I feel very honored to have known him.

I met Art some 25 years ago when he was with Berg Profiles. An amazing, wise and wonderful man. It was always a pleasure to run into him over the years at various industry events and catch up. Sad to hear he has left this world, but I'm sure there are some happy reunions he is celebrating in the next. My sincere condolences to his family.

Mr. Art Pais made such an impact on others as he shared his experiences. As he and Mrs. Mimi visited the 8th graders at Lenoir City Middle School years ago, these students were mesmerized by his transparency in serving others with his story. They were forever changed. Then, when Mr. and Mrs. Pais agreed to participate in the Lenoir City School District Holocaust Awareness Project, even more students were positively impacted. Thank you for being willing to share your kind and precious relative with many of those that would not have been the same without meeting him. With sincerity and thankfulness from my students and from me, Mary Webster

Art was such an inspiration- both kind and wise. I loved listening to his stories- and we always had a good laugh. He brought so much joy to everyone around him. I will carry him in my heart forever. My condolences to his family, friends, and all who have been touched by his life.
