I think I last ran into to Scott at Nags Head when I was still in college and he was always the same kind, caring and carefree person I knew when we were young. Every memory of Scott brings smiles. I was so shocked and saddened to hear of his death at such a young age. I've been remembering him a lot this week. I pray for God's grace and comfort for your family as you all struggle to deal with your loss. He will greatly missed by many and is surely bringing smiles to those he meets in his new heavenly home.

I am so sorry to hear about Scott. I have such great memories of our childhood. Living across the street we were always doing things together. Playing ball, biking, walking to the bus stop. We had some wonderful times and summer trips to the beach house in Nags Head were so much fun. The last time I saw Scott he was visiting Chapel Hill when we were in college.
He was such a wonderful person and it'a so hard to accept his loss at such a young age.

All I can think about were the Summers of fun every year as our families grew up together on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. We had many wonderful times then and those are what I will be keeping in my thoughts. My brothers, sister and I will all share our memories with each other of the many times we spent time together during those Beach Summers, it was a part of what makes me who I am today, and Scotty is big part of that.
