On Wednesday, October 2, 2002, Ashley Marie Korn of Wexford; daughter of John W. and Gail Korn; sister of John W. Korn V and his fiancée Kristin Balicky; granddaughter of William P. and Genevieve Bluedorn, Betty Jo Korn and the late John W. Korn III. Friends received Saturday, 7-9pm and Sunday, 2-4 & 7-9pm at SIMONS FUNERAL HOME, INC. 7720 Perry Hwy. Memorial Services will be held Monday evening, 7pm at the Northway Christian Community, 12121 Perry Hwy., Wexford, PA 15090. Contrib may be made to the Alive Again, c/o Northway Christian Community.

My deepest and sincerest sympathy to you and your family in the loss of your daughter. I am a nurse in the operating room at Passavant Hospital and Ashley's death touched all of us at the deepest level. It brought on a time of reflection as each of us felt again how fragile each of our lives really is and that each day is a gift from GOD. Your donation of Ashley's organs will go on to bless many. I pray that your faith in our Savior Jesus Christ will sustain you during this difficult time.
