I still find it hard to speak
Of what just happened this last week
When Brian called to say,
Audette has passed away . . .

My words just would not come
Though I may have mumbled some,
But I don't remember much
Except, I felt so out of touch.

To me, it seemed all so surreal,
I was so numb and could not feel
I stood there, silent on the phone
And knew that I was all alone.

She'd been so much such a part
Of my life and also of my heart
I wondered if I oft enough had said
My true feelings for her in my head?

Though I know she's finally at peace
My thoughts of her will never cease
And all who knew her in the past
Will too have mem'ries that will last.

Already oft's been said, She was a gift!
With ready smile, she'd give those blues a lift
And those who happened to be blue
Would not stay that way long, it's true.

To the family of my dearest friend,
May you accept my heartfelt condolences. I am so blessed to have had the privilege of knowing Audette and to have called her my friend over the past 50 years. We were bridesmaid in each others weddings and even though we were miles apart we shared a lot of fond memories. Her family meant the world to her. With my eyes full of tears and a heavy heart you are at peace. You are far away now, but I will forever keep your memory in my heart. I love you my dear friend and will cherish the time we shared till we see each other again.
My prayers are with you all!

To Audette's family,
Please accept my sincerest condolences. Audette's family meant everything to her and she was so thrilled to become a grandmother. She was one of those special people who always looked at the glass half full even when faced with the most difficult of situations. She showed us all how to face the adversities of life with grace, dignity and hope. I've had the honor of calling her my friend since the family moved to Gardner from Canada some 50 years ago. She was a bridesmaid in my wedding and we've remained close all these years. I will miss her dearly as so many will. Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time...God Bless You All!

To Audette's Family,
My Sincere Deepest Condolences to All of Her Loved Ones. I had the pleasure of working with Audette for many years at Gould Paper Corporation.
Audette's cheerfulness and up-beat personality is what I will greatly miss and remember. She was most effervescent when she spoke about her grand-babies! She was so proud of them.
May God Grant You Peace and Strength through this heartache.
