Aurora Estep

Dearest Abby, we are so sorry for the loss of your Mom, she was such a sweet caring lady. She suffered long and hard and put up a big fight, but we know that she is now in the Loving Arms of Jesus and totally out of pain. She will always be remembered by us, especially her beautiful smile. God Bless you all. Stan and Judy McClain and family

I was very saddened to hear of Aurora's passing. She was always nice to Lois and myself and never got mad when I occasionally would break a window while playing baseball in the yard. Our families had a lot of good times growing up next to each other.

I am so sorry to hear of Aurora's passing. I grew up next door to the Estep family and Aurora was unfailing kind to me. I remember sitting on her porch as she tried, with great patience, to teach me Spanish. I remember her driving me home from school when I was suddenly sick or had a school event. I remember the generous response when I admitted that I had, indeed, chopped poor Abby's hair off while playing Beauty Salon. I've often used her forgiving example as a reminder in my own parenting responses. My love to George, Abby, Danny and her extended family. Please know that she will always be fondly remembered.
