Ruff and I worked together for years with Southern Bank. He was indeed a good friend and always supportive. He was community oriented and was ready to lend a helping hand.

I have been with Southern Bank since 1986 & remember Mr. Huggins as a dedicated person that would help you whenever the need was there. Please accept my deepest sympathy.
