B. Stables Obituary
Mrs Betty Stables of Wingerworth, Chesterfield has died at Brookholme Croft nursing home, Hasland, aged 81.
Born in Hayfields, near Rossington, South Yorkshire, she lived in Derbyshire for 11 years.
Mrs Stables, a housewife, liked poetry and drawing, watching motorcycle racing on television and latterly enjoyed wordsearch puzzles.
A widow, she leaves a daughter Margaret and a grandson Christopher.
The funeral service is due to take place tomorrow at 11am in St Mary's Church, Tickhill, near Doncaster, followed by burial in the churchyard.
