Elmer notified me of your Sister's passing. It has to be very difficult to lose your devoted Sister at such a young age. Brian, Louise and I will be

I can still remember her beautiful writings and short stories-she was truly gifted. And yes I can still remember her smiling face as we ran around and played in the schoolyard. I had the pleasure of knowing Barbara from my Most Holy Redeemer Days to the present. She never uttered an angry word. Brian's little sister was always pleasant and always greeted you with a smile. She unselfishly took care of her family and asked for nothing in return. A better person would be hard to find. She will be greatly missed.

Condolences to Barbara's family. As we celebrate our Mercy Class of '74 reunion in a few weeks, we will remember Barbara just as she is described here: a sweet and gentle soul. She will be missed.
