Barbara Ann Beck

Barbara Ann Beck (nee Schmitz), age 86 of Stow, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2023. Beloved wife of Alfred Beck for 63 wonderful years of marriage; loving mother of James (Lisa) Beck, Renee (Sam) DiMeo, Ann (Joel) Foster, John Beck (Karen Hoy), and Amy (Erik) Holm; cherished grandmother of Wesley, Kelley (Andrew), Elisa, Sammy, Isabella, Christian, and Maya; beloved daughter of the late Charles and Lucille Schmitz; and dear sister of the late Thomas Schmitz. Barb was an active member of St. Mary Catholic Church and a founding member of the St. Mary's Feed My Sheep/LAM group. She enjoyed cooking, entertaining, flowers, reading, gardening but most of all her faith and her family. She went out of her way to assist those in need. She will be dearly missed by her family and many close friends. Special thanks to Summa Hospice for their ongoing care and compassion.
