When I read Thursday's paper I can,t even begin to tell you how I felt ,having missed the obituary in the N&R. I am just so sorry that I missed the service to say goodbye to one of my oldest and dearest friends.
Your Mom was a very special friend -We shared years of special memories --some happy and some sad--but even the miles never kept us from keeping in touch. I feel your pain--and your loss-she was a remarkable woman and I will keep her always in my heart.

David, Eric, John, and to the rest of the family, my sincere condolences on the passing of your mother. She was always very kind to me and the rest of the Berry family. I am reflecting this morning on those early years of soccer in Greensboro and how she influenced our lives. I have lots of memories of your mother on the fields, or at the soccer shop.
