Grandma,
I just heard the news last night. I'm in shock and heartbroken. I loved and missed you more than you will ever know! I should have called more, but I hope you know how much you mean to me. Even though we haven't seen eachother in yrs we still kept in touch once a yr or every few yrs. I will never forget the memories we've shared over the yrs from you taking a ride with me in the yellow paddleboat at the lake house and you always forgetting your bathing suit, but always went knee deep in the water with us kids to splash around anyways. All the memories we made when I came to visit you when you lived in your house in Scottsdale, I was 16. You took me to The Grand canyon, sedona, horseback riding in the desert and that amazing hot air balloon ride!!! These are times I will never forget and memories that will stay with me forever. Grandma bobbi, I miss you and I'm sorry we didn't connect more in my early adult yrs, but just know you never left my mind or my heart! Rest in peace sweet bobbi. I miss you and love you lots!!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you've done for me! Xoxo until we meet again. P.S. If anyone knew my grandma well and could help me shed some light on what her last few yrs have been like or any stories about her, I would greatly appreciate it! If anyone has any recent photos I would love to see those as well! We were so very close when I was younger but she divorced my grandfather when I was eight years old and I was the only one in the family Who really still kept in touch with her because she was my grandfather's second wife so she was not my mother's mother and she moved to Arizona after the divorce and everyone lost touch with her except for me. I finally got to see her again when I went out there when I was 16, but I'm 34 now and that was the last time I've seen her in person. We talk on the phone and after grandpa died in 2014 we talked about three times after that and the last time was about a year ago. I had no idea she even had cancer or anything that's been going on with her so anything at all would be helpful . My email address is [email protected] thanks in advance for any advice or help you can give me! I miss her. Amanda Matson
