Barbara J. Edmonds

I stumbled on the obituary of Mrs. Edmond by accident on 08/21/2013, while looking for entries of my husband's family (Edmond). His sister's obituary (Lou Nell McDaniel) is also on line. Although our families were not acquainted my sympathies go out to your family. She seemed to a woman of vision and virtue.

Hello I wanted to send my condolences to the EDMOND'S FAMILY. I am so very very sorry to hear about your MOM from what I have read she sounds like an AMAZING woman whom I would of had the pleasure of meeting & chatting with.

Kenny, I just saw an article regarding your Mom's "too soon" passing! It really doesn't seen so long ago that I recall meeting your Mother...she was so warm and welcoming, and had the smile of an angel that was very comforting! I remember Mrs. Barbara, asked if she could snap my picture for her scrapbook, I was honored yet apprehensive, because I had not gone through hair or make-up...lol..but that didn't matter to her...she was just so sweet! I know you loved her completely and as genuinely as anyone could! She was proud of you and your brothers...it always showed in her expressions! You guys were so very fortunate to have such a graceful and grounded Mother! Remember the good times and the great lessons that she has taught you guys...that's the part of her she left with you guys eternally! Love Always, Sloane

I don't know you guys and I just saw this email when I was cleaning out my emails. This happened last year but your Mom just from looking at the pictures was a very special woman and she lives forever in your hearts.

Your mom was so cool,calm,and collected. she was always so kind to me. She gave me wisdom at some crucial crossroads in my life. She always had wisdom to "life's" issues to offer. She was nothing but kind to me. I will continue to pray for you all and your families. God's continuous healing,protection,and guidence for you all.
