Barbara Louise Tripp Kennedy January 18, 2022 Barbara Louise Tripp Kennedy, 76, of Syracuse, passed away on January 18th, 2022 in Houston, TX. Born in Tuskegee, AL, she finally settled in Syracuse during her teen years. After graduation she obtained an associate's degree from Central City Business Institute. During her lifetime, she was employed with Carrier Corporation, Agway and Niagara Mohawk. Barbara had two great loves in her life: her family and her dedication as one of Jehovah's Witnesses. She enjoyed traveling and teaching others about the Bible.. Barbara was predeceased by her parents Elbert and Carrie Mae Tripp, her husband Marcus Elijah Kennedy, Jr., and her grandson Christopher Michael Kennedy. She is survived by her only sibling, Helen Felton of Houston Texas, her three children Marcus, III (Doreen) Kennedy, Andra (Stephen) Tull and Adrienne Kennedy. She also leaves behind four beautiful granddaughters, Ashley Tull, Jasmine, Makenzie and Madisyn Kennedy, in-laws as well as nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Funeral services will be held in Sugar Land, TX. Barbara will be laid to rest at Oakwood Cemetery in Syracuse, NY.
