Preceded in death by Parents; Brother, Dennis Urness; Niece, Sheila; Stepdaughter, Michelle. Survived by Husband, Robert; Children, Eric, Desiree Bunker (Ryan); Stepchildren, Dale (Missy), Kimberly Cotton; 4 Grandchildren; 9 Step-grandchildren; Siblings, Gloria Lyttle (Bill), Ronald Urness, Sharon Ducharme (Tim), Cindy Labrie (Randy); many other Family members and Friends. Visitation Sunday, 3/25/12 from 4-8 PM, Gearhart Funeral Home, 11275 Foley Boulevard NW, Coon Rapids (763) 755-6300). Funeral Monday, 3/26/12 at 11 AM, Oak Park Community Church, 12050 Aberdeen Street NE, Blaine with additional visitation one hour prior. Interment Morningside Memorial Gardens. Arrangements with Gearhart Funeral Home.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Barb was 18 years old when I married into the family. I know the discomfort she has gone through the last few years have been very hard on everyone. I will remember all the wonderful years she did have.

I am so sorry for your loss. Barb was a wonderful mother, wife and Grandmother. She will be deeply missed. In watching her suffer for so many years as well as you all have it is actually very peaceful knowing she is no longer suffering with all her pain where she is at now. Her purpose here was fulfilled and now she is watching over us from above and I truly believe she is smiling and happier then she has been in a long time! Bob and Des – I am here for whatever you may need and love you both!! Eric – the boys and I will always be there for you and you know we love you very much!

Bob, Eric & Desiree--
We cannot even begin to tell you how sorry we are to hear about Barb. Our families have literally grown up at Springvale (and outside of it) and we will miss her greatly. Our hearts are filled with sadness for you all and our prayers and many thoughts are with you and that God will help you through this sad time in your life (lives).
