OSWALD, Barbara Ann (Nee Carleton) It is with deepest sorrow that we announce on Sunday, September 21, 2003 Mrs. Barbara Ann Oswald passed away peacefully at the age of 64 years, after a courageous battle with cancer. Barbara will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 42 years, Gordon; her three sons and daughter: Larry (Adele), Linda (Doug) Fedechko, Glen (Loretta) and Rodney (Lucia); 11 grandchildren Shannon, Garrett, Brittany, Dan, David, Leanne, Logan, Luke, Alexa, Courtney and Juliana; also by her mother Lillian Carleton; her father-in-law Julius Oswald and brother Wes (Marilyn) Carleton as well as many devoted relatives and friends. Predeceased by her father Logan Carleton and mother-in-law Alma Oswald. A Celebration of Barbara's life will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2003 at 10:30 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, 10014-81 Avenue. Interment in Evergreen Memorial Gardens, 16102 Fort Road. The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Norman MacDonald and the compassionate nursing staff of the Sturgeon Community Hospital unit #18.
