Barbara Slack Obituary
She was the daughter of the late Harry and Mary Reap Blanken.
She is also survived by four grandchildren, Robbie, Emily, Allie, and Gabbie.
A private funeral was held Tuesday from the Neil W. Regan Funeral Home Inc., 1900 Pittston Ave., and was attended by her loving family. Mass of Christian Burial was at Mary, Mother of Gob Parish in Holy Rosary Church, celebrated by the Rev. Martin J. Gaiardo. The pallbearers were, Harry and John Blanken, brothers; Robbie Mattern, grandson; Robert Mattern, son-in-law; Alan Gardiner, son-in-law; and Adam Blanken, nephew. Internment, Cathedrel Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Marywood University Scholarship Fund, 2300 Adams Ave., Scranton, PA 18509, in the memory of James Slack.
