John & Barbara Cosgrove
April 12, 2018
Barbara and I were sad to hear Barbara passed away on April 4th. Fortunately, I was able to get to Boston a couple weeks beforehand to join her and her children in a "Mini Celebration of Life". Barbara knew the end was near, but still was able to share memories of good times with all of us! We were all blessed to see how her illness did not affect her mind - she was the same, sharp, witty Barbara we all knew before she got sick. We will miss Barbara, but I know she is now is a better place!

I was one of Barbara's coworkers during our years at W. R. Grace. She was a delight and joy to work with, we always had lunch together, go shopping, and many other things. An absolute professional, talented artist, great person to have lunch with. She was also so quietly sure of herself. Big heart, quiet confidence, and kind.
I'm so shocked and saddened to have found out that she has left us.
I know she and Sam had many wonderful years together, with him having his Jack Daniels, and she having a glass of Gin.
She was a wonderful person.
I wish her family all the best.
