I am so sorry for all the heartache and pain the family has been suffering, such a sad and shocking time you have all been through. I know how much all of you loved your husband, dad, grandfather, father-in-law. I am sure he would be proud of the love and support you have shown each other and will continue to show each other. But, isn't that, ideally, what families are all about? I know that your pain and sorrow will diminish but you will have your memories forever.

I'll always remember the familiy camping trips, fishing on Lake of the Woods, Sunday afternoon "elk scouting trips" in Coeur d'Alene, and all the lessons we learned along the way, Dad. I'll always love you.

Ada Lou, Alan and family,
I just want to express my deepest sympathies to you all. I know how much you will miss him. Just know that he is in a wonderful place now...feeling no pain and watching down on all of you as your guardian angel. Treasure that.... it helps when you start to feel sad.
Remember, your friends are here to help whenever you need a shoulder. Call on us.

Barron,
I'll never forget how you marched into THD and told me that I was going to hire you. It was the most unique interview I have ever done. I loved our conversations about your family and your goldfish. I loved mostly how you spoke of your wife as the most important thing in your world. I'll miss seeing your smile when I visit THD.
Prayers to you and your family,

Barb Smith

Ada Lou, Alan and family....you have my deepest sympathy. Barron will be missed around here! Ada, I'm glad you and Barron went on your cruise when you did. I enjoyed hearing about it through Barron during his visits to the Finish Line. He was a character, and I will miss him!

Dear Family,
I got to know Barron when I worked at Midwest for 33 years. It was always a treat to talk to him about where he had been and the things that he had seen. I know that he will be missed. You have my sympathy.
