Barry Alan Beard

Barry and JJ when he was just a few days over six weeks old.

We are so sorry, Holly, Robert, Jaron and Cody, that you have lost your big brother, brother-in-law and uncle, respectively. We didn't see Barry often, but we always enjoyed our visits with him; sometimes he made us laugh until we cried! He was a real character and was full of life. Our love and condolences to you all.

I echo the words of my brother, Ray Daniels, in recalling fond memories of holiday gatherings of all the Beard Family in Newcastle and Rockwall, TX. Barry, his sister, Holly and their beloved parents, Wendell and Evelyn, will always be vividly present in those memories of happy times so many years ago. I regret that long distances kept us apart for several decades. I send my sincere condolences to Barry's family and friends during this difficult period.

I have fond childhood memories of times with Barry when our two families would meet at Thanksgiving and Christmas at the Grandparents Beard farm. While we didn't see each other often, we had great times being together. Joan and I offer our deepest condolences to the family.

Barry was a genuinely nice guy and true gentleman. Thoughts and prayers are with you.

I am so sorry for your loss, Holly. It was apparent that Barry loved you very much. I know you will miss your Friday lunches together. Barry was a big-hearted and kind man. I will never forget when he took JJ. It was a precious sight to see that big man holding that tiny little puppy in his arms and looking at him with such wonder. He was such a gentle soul. My prayers are with you.

My dear friend Barry whom I really cherished not just as a good friend but was like family to me. I will miss you dearly. Our deepest sympathy goes out to your family and we pray for healing and comfort during this time.
