Barry Kenyon Obituary

Barry S. Kenyon of Weymouth passed away on Wednesday, November 15, 2017, at age 65. Raised and educated in Abington and in Weymouth, where he lived most of his life. He worked as a supervisor at the JFK Library in Boston and was a Vietnam veteran, U.S. Navy, serving aboard the Aircraft Carrier USS Intrepid. The son of the late Robert and Claire Kenyon, Barry was the loving father of Alyssa M. Walsh and her husband William of Plymouth; dear grandfather of Isabella Walsh and Abigail Walsh of Plymouth; beloved brother of Lorri Kenyon Sevigny of Rochester, Bradford D. Kenyon of Plymouth, Robin MacInnis of Quincy, Jennifer MacInnis of Marshfield and the late Keith R., Bruce C. and Brian C. Kenyon; and is also survived by his longtime companion, Barbara Carlisle of Weymouth; and his nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to visiting hours which will be held on Monday, November 20, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home, 74 Elm St., Quincy Center.
