Carol and Family,
We were so shocked and saddened to hear of Barry's passing and the difficulties you all experienced during his illness. We very fondly remember our TSC college years spend with Barry, you and other Travers 9th friends and the post college years we spent as neighbors on Concord Avenue. It seems like only yesterday. We can recall Barry so clearly... his physical presence, his enthusiasm for life and his deep love for you. Please accept our deepest condolences and know that you will be held in our thoughts and prayers.

I was surprised and deeply saddened to hear of Barry's passing Saturday.
Barry was one of the nicest people I have known: humane, kind, funny, a model of integrity. I consider it a privilege to have known him.
My deepest condolences to the entire Kroeger Family with this untimely and irrecoverable loss. I am truly sorry that Barry is gone.

In My Pocket
I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.
