Barry Poole Obituary
BARRINGTON - Barry G. Poole, 56, of Barrington, died Wednesday, October 16, 2013 at Maine Medical Center from injuries he sustained in an ATV accident in Barrington last Tuesday.
Barry was born September 21, 1957 in Dover, DE, a son of Lily V. (Dempsey) Beebe of Columbia, SC and the late Donald L. Poole.
Being in an Air Force family, Barry had lived in a number of locations, including Turkey and Panama. He graduated from Balboa High School in the Panama Canal Zone and after graduation, moved to South Carolina. Barry had worked for over 35 years for Market Basket Supermarkets.
Barry loved sports, especially his South Carolina Gamecocks and all New England professional sports teams. He also loved music and had attended many concerts. He was a real outdoorsman and enjoyed camping and spending time on the water. Above all else Barry was a family man and his children meant the world to him. He will be sadly missed.
In addition to his mother, Barry is survived by his sons, Nicholas Lombardi and his wife Jennifer and Noah Poole, all of Seabrook; his daughter, Teryn Allisa Poole of Gonic; his sisters, Vanessa Bell and her husband Keith of West Columbia, SC and Donna Bell and her husband Brian of Lexington, S.C. He also leaves his niece and nephews and his dog Buddy.
He was predeceased by his father and his brother Donald Poole.
Visiting hours will be from 12 to 2 p.m. on Saturday, October 19, 2013 in the Remick & Gendron Funeral Home - Crematory, 811 Lafayette Rd., Hampton, N.H. Services will follow the visitation, starting at 2 p.m. in the funeral home. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the N.H. SPCA, P.O. Box 196, Stratham, NH 03885.
