Old mates reunited. State Capital Building. WV. 2011
Ollie & Bronwyn Logan
January 6, 2015
I first met my good friend, Barry, in 1988, when we attended the American Motorcycle Institute in Daytona Beach, Florida, together. We became good mates, & shared a house together, & had many memorable good times. After graduating, I returned to Australia, & Barry returned to West Virginia, but we stayed in touch for many years. Unfortunately, we eventually lost contact, & it was only recently, in 2011, through Facebook, & Barry Junior, that we were reunited. My family & I visited Barry & met his wife, Myra, that year, & spent several fun filled days with them, & also caught up with Jim & Sandy, who I hadn't seen in over 20 years. We will always treasure those memories & remember that hard case sense of humour of his. We shared lots of laughs & stories over a few cold beers, & the odd drop of moonshine. RIP bro. Love from Ollie, Bronwyn, Brian & Kiri Logan. Brisbane, Australia

I had the pleasure of working with Barry when he worked for the Postal Service as an Accident Investigator and Tort Claims Coordinator in the Appalacian District. He was a true professional and asset to our office. He did his job well and treated people with respect and good humor. He often talked lovingly about his family. I am sure he will ride his bike through the pearly gates. May God bless you and keep you until you meet again.

Myra, there are no words that can ease the pain that you and your family are going thru right now. Just always remember the good memories that you have and that you will see him again in that beautiful home in the sky. My prayers are with you and know that i am just a phone call away if you should need anything.
Hugs and Kisses,
