Barry Tyler Rhea, 16, Phil Campbell, Ala., died Saturday, July 16, 2005.Tyler had lived all of his life in Franklin County. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Phil Campbell. He was a member of the Phil Campbell High School Class of 2007, and the Phil Campbell High School football and track teams. He loved all outdoor sports, especially hunting and four-wheel riding with his friends.The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, July 18, 2005, at Pinkard Funeral Home chapel, Russellville. Greg Beasley and Curtis Taylor will officiate. Burial will be in Union Hill Methodist Church Cemetery, Phil Campbell, Ala.Visitation was 5-8 p.m. Sunday, July 17, 2005, at the funeral home.Survivors include his parents, Barry and Tina Rhea, Phil Campbell, Ala.; grandfather, Duane Rhea, Phil Campbell, Ala.; uncles, Doug Carpenter and wife, Sharon, and their children, Kevin and Samantha, Haleyville, Wade Carpenter and wife, Ann, and their children, Shana and Wesley, Phil Campbell, Ala., Larry Rhea and wife, Susan, and their children, Joshlyn, Derrick, Shannon, Bradley and Dakota, Phil Campbell, Ala., Mitch Rhea and wife, Crystal, and their children, Tristan and Avery, Town Creek, George Vines and children, Tyler and Savannah, Memphis, Tenn.; aunts, Linda Fretwell and husband, Tim, and their children, Jordan and Austin, Muscle Shoals, Rhonda Moore and her husband, Steve, and their children, Hunter and Bethany, Tuscumbia, Deborah Johnson and husband, Bob, and their children, Gennie and John, Texas; and a host of cousins and many friends.Pallbearers are Russ Setliff, Andy Hallman, Brandon Hodge, Sheldon Raper, Jay Stewart, Andrew Harris and Kevin Carpenter.Honorary bearers are Jordan Fretwell, Hunter Moore, Austin Fretwell, Wesley Denton, Tristan Rhea, Bradley Stone, Dakota Stone, Derrick Fleming and Shannon Fleming.He was preceded in death by his grandparents, James and Judy Carpenter, and Betty Rhea.Pinkard Funeral Home is directing.
