Barry Samuelson Obituary
Barry graduated from Croswell-Lexington High School of Michigan in the late 1970s and went on to serve his country with honor as a member of the United States Army. He enlisted in September 1979, trained to be a Light Wheel Mechanic, was deployed to the European Command in West Germany and completed his service in Ft Jackson GA in September 1983. His time in the military reflected his dedication and commitment to serving others.
Barry was predeceased by his father Robert Peter Samuelson (2011); his mother, Joyce Ann (Elder) Kerr (2018); and his brother, Perry Scott Samuelson (2013). He is remembered by his surviving brothers: Larry Robert and Danny (Ho) Samuelson of North Augusta SC and Charles III and Suzanna (Frommer) Raymond of El Cajon CA.
Barry also leaves behind two nephews, Mason and Logan Raymond of El Cajon CA and Uncles and Aunts, Fred & Donna (Elder) Marshal, Dixie Samuelson, Anne Lopez (Samuelson), Virginia Wise (Samuelson) and Gerry Samuelson and many cousins of central Michigan.
Barry's life was marked by resilience and service. Those who knew him will remember him for the impact he had on their lives. May his memory bring comfort to all who mourn his passing.
