He was my cousin, who I had met as a young child... and I remember him being so tall. Once I got older and learned what he did for a job, and where he was, I was extremely proud to call him family. I am in touch with his brother, and he came and stayed with my family in Virginia last year for a few days to catch up.

I really want to know more about his death, and his record in the FBI's Terrorism Division. I hope this finds his wife/girl friend, as I know she was there until the end.

Barry: We hardly knew ye! Barry is one of those people who will be missed. Law school (and the immediate years thereafter) would have been much less enjoyable without Barry's smile and wit. Requiescat in pace old friend! John Westrick

I will forever have special memories of (Barry) Tobe. I have had a lot of fun and crazy times with him over the years, whether it was at my parents house with Tobe singing Folesome Prison Blues on the guitar, or he and his roommates visiting in college and playing games and laughing until the wee hours of the morning. His memory will always make me smile.
