He was one of my heroes growing up. He and his brother Lorne supplied my brother, sister and I with many great and "memorable" experiences. I am grateful for the time he spent with us.

To the Weaver Family, Barry was full of life he was a very intellegent and witty person that loved to smile, not only was he a sharp business man he was devoted to his family & community, I had lost contact with Barry over the passed few years but often wondered how he was doing, I need not wonder anymore as I know Barry is resting in peace and looking over us with that big smile. Dear Laraine and Family
I have jsut returned from vacation and learned of Barry's sudden passing. I am so sorry for your loss.
Barry was in many ways larger than life to me. Over the years as a young lawyer I worked closely with him and learned a lot, especially the life of business. He was great man and always had time for a laugh or three. I will miss him.

Laraine and family I was very saddend to hear of Barrys passing . It brings many reflections of the past years . Barry and Lorne building graineries to pay thier way through Univercity & NAIT , water skiing at Wizzard lake , curling with Barry at Mannvile bonspiels , I loved the many good times with my second family the Weavers Barry will be greatly missed but we must give thanks to GOD for the joy of having Barry touch our lives .

It is such a shock to hear about Barry's passing. I think of Barry and the whole family often. We used to have so much fun together. Barry had agreat life and I'm sure he wouldn't trade it for the world. Say hi to the rest of the family. I am in Arizona right now or I would surely attend the funeral

We got to know Barry a couple of years ago when he and Rob did some work on our home and yard.My wife and I always enjoyed his company over a glass of wine or cup of green tea. I greatly admired his humor and intelligence.We will miss him. Our deepest sympathies to you all.
