Shalane, Diana and Dax,

I am so sorry that I did not hear of Bary's death until it was too late to pay my respects in person. From an old friend, I hope you all find peace and serenity soon.

Shalane, I think of you often and the wonderful memories of a fun and dear friend have lingered for years.

Dear Dianna,

I remember how encouraging you and Bary were to me when I first started with Campus Crusade for Christ, so many years ago.

Kevin also remembers Bary and his contagious smile. We send our love and prayers to you now.

Dianna, Dax and Shalane,

We come along side you to feel your loss and are so sorry. But, we agree with you that the ultimate healing is to be with God. Bary's love and goodness lives on in all of you. We will always remember his courageous attitude the last time we talked, that was up Millcreek Canyon at a wedding. He had faith in God and love of his family.

We know you are proud of the man he is.

God Bless you,

Steve and Patty Horton

I've got great memories of Bary when I was about 13 years old. Bary, Butch Lowe, my Dad (Richard Olmore), and I all went on a canoe trip on the Green River below the Flaming Gorge Dam. We had our camp set up at Brown's Park and drove our canoes to Little Hole to put in. The difficulty of the trip was beyond what we had planned and made for a very long day. We paddled into camp at around 1 a.m. by moonlight. It was quite an adventure.

I'll always remember Bary for the adventurous man that he was, and for his Christ-like attitude in the midst of difficult circumstances. His joy was encouraging and he will be missed.

My prayers are with you, Dianna, Dax, and Shalane.

Dear Family, Bary was like a brother to me. I hope he shared some of our high school memories. At least the mentionable ones. Lenni and I had a great time when Bary and Dianna came to Boise a few years ago. Both Bary and Dianna looked so vibrant and happy. That is how I want to remember him. Bary will watch over us from his new place. Love and condolences to all. I will miss his smile.
