"Grandma Bea" made everyone feel like family and we in turn considered her family. She was one of a kind and it is hard to believe that she isn't somewhere being delightful.
It was our great pleasure to have known her.

Mernice and family, My condolences to all of you. Bea was the sweetest lady when I met her 40 plus years ago when you and I were neighbors in San Jose. From the time you introduced us, she was so charming with a smile on her face and a sparkle in her eye. When I finally spoke to her again after so many years, she was her same charming, sparkling self and with her grace as always, made me feel that I my call was the one for which she had been waiting. Her light shined wherever she went. You were all so lucky to have had so many years with such a loving woman. Sending many hugs and positive thoughts to you all.
