I just found out this afternoon that Molly had passed away. I have known Molly for several years. As the registrar of the West Island Women's Silent Retreats I have registered Molly for many retreats which she faithfully came to every year. She loved the retreats and never missed very many. We will miss her on these week-ends and her comments on what God has blessed her with for the weekend. God bless and comfort her family. West Island Women's Retreat Committee. Re: Emily Edgley

It was a pleasure and a privilege to have known Molly .She was always such a bright and positive person and always there for those in need . I'm sure that when Molly reached the gate of heaven, God said welcome home Molly, in as much as you have done it unto the least of these, you have done it unto me . God bless you in heaven Molly .

Dear Cathy and Gord,
We are so sad to hear that Molly has died. She was a bright spirit, even when she was feeling unwell in the emergency ward next to Mom’s ‘room.’ Dad just told us this afternoon about her death. Had we known, we both would have attended her funeral and reception, out of respect for your mom and to give you support. We apologize and wish you peaceful memories of Molly to hold in your hearts.
Sincerely,
Kathryn and Sandi (Art and Mabel Cooper’s daughters)

Molly was a great encourager. Let her life be an example for all of us. Her sparkle will never be extinguished. We always have it within us whenever we need to feel the warmth of her smile.
God blessed us with her. May he bless her now.

Molly was a much loved friend who will remain in our hearts and prayers always.
I know when I look up she will be looking down and our connection will never be broken.

My dear Aunt Molly was an outstanding woman. She had love in her heart for everyone, especially for my children, Derek and Teri.We are richer for having her in our lives and will be greatly missed.

Molly was always full of joy and had such a delightful little laugh! Staying with her,on my visits to Montreal, was always fun. We shared the same birthday and would try to be the first one to send a card. I will miss Molly, as will all her many friends and family. God Bless.

Molly was such a joy in our lives. We shared a great love for Yo Yo Ma, to whom we affectionately referred to as "himself". After attending a great concert at Tanglewood featuring Yo Yo, I sent Molly a disc containing some of the music he had played. She loved playing that disc, and later told me that a neighbour on hearing the music commented how much she had improved with all her practicing.
We will miss Molly greatly, particularly her infectious laugh. A life well lived.

Molly was a remarkable person whom I admired and loved from the time I met her as a new member of the TESL Centre in the 1970s. She was an anchor of calm and reason in our sometimes crazy department! One of my loveliest memories of her is her kindness to my young son David, whom she sometimes "hired" as her cello teacher when he was 8 or 9 years old. Her life in "retirement" is a model of continuing growth, joy, and generosity. I will miss our Christmas letters.
