Beatrice S. Kerouac (Tremblay), died comfortably in her home on August 11, 2014. She was predeceased by her parents, Grace and Louis Tremblay; her sister, Laurette Gillis; her daughter, Jessie F. Kerouac, and her husband Edmond S. Kerouac.

She is survived by her sisters, Annette Carter, Janet Parkinson, and Lorraine and Rollin Brown. She is survived by her brothers, Roland and Jan Tremblay and Maurice and Irene Tremblay. She is survived by her brother-in-law, Adrian and Jean Kerouac; and her sister-in-law, Jessie Tripi. She is survived by her sons, David Kerouac and April Strickman, and John and Kristen Kerouac; as well as daughters, Charlotte Duncklee-Totten and John Totten, Gloria and Dan Sturm, Lisa and Roger Rule, Dianne and Mark McBride, Cathy and Mike Mitchell, and Jennifer and Scott Drummond. She has 17 grandchildren: Michael Kerouac, Jessica Pfingston, Jeremiah Totten, Daniel Sturm, Stephanie Mayoral, Jessie Rule, Julie Rule, Jeffery Rule, Larissa McBride, Candace McBride, Nicholas McBride, Nicole McBride, Andrew Kerouac, Stephen Kerouac, Ryan Drummond, Nicholas Pixos, and Hali Strykowski, as well as several nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren.

Beatrice spent 75 years in Nashua, New Hampshire, raising a family, operating a small bicycle shop and working at an electronics manufacturing company.

Beatrice moved to Tucson in 2008. She was a frequent participant at the Marana Senior Center and became a skillful maker of costume jewelry.

Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, August 24, 2014 from 4:00pm-8:00pm at Zis-Sweeney Funeral Home, 26 Kinsley St., Nashua, NH. A funeral mass will be held Monday, August 25, 2014 at 10:00 am at St. Louis Church, 48 W. Hollis St., Nashua, NH. Private interment will be at a later time.
