Taken from us too soon! Beau was born in Crescent City but grew up in Santa Cruz, California, where he attended Delaveaga Elementary, Branciforte Middle School and Harbor High, class of 1989. Beau then went on to earn a BS from Chico State University.
Beau loved sports and the outdoors. He played baseball and football during high school and later slow pitch softball. He was as avid hiker and skier who loved exploring the mountain trails wherever he lived. During football season you could find him rooting on his beloved Cowboys. He was a die-hard fan whose dedication to the team never wavered.
Beau spent much of his career in construction management, working for Orchard Supply, Whole Foods, New Seasons and most recently for Key Mechanics. Beau and his family were very proud of his accomplishments including the oversight of the 41st Ave and Soquel Ave Whole Foods.
His work took him to different cities and he could always tell you where all the fine restaurants were when he came back.
He is survived by his mother and step dad, Ingrid & Keith Cutler, his father, Kenny Butler, brother & wife, Todd & Kara Butler, nephews, Jake & Will Butler.
There is no service planned at this time. However, donations made in Beau's memory to any State Park would be welcomed.

My heart goes out to my good friend, Todd. So sorry for your loss. And to all of Beau´s family, friends and loved ones, so sorry for this loss. He was young but impactful to all.
