Benjamin Franklin Bulluck Jr.

An old guard Virginia boy who travelled to Jacksonville in '67 to continue his railroad career, Frank postured a rough exterior that poorly masked his soft heart and generous nature. I'll sorely miss my co-worker and CSXOFC buddy that was always quick to share a plate of wings and match us beer for beer at our monthly retiree lunches. May he party in Heaven....

Frank was not only a friend for over 40 years, but was a true mentor to me, as a young man. He helped guide me at work, and in my personal life, regarding responsibilities, finances and making the right decisions.
Frank's motto was "Do the Job Right the First Time", and that applied to all aspects of life.
Since retirement, I have been fortunate enough to spend six years of social time with Frank, on a regular basis, as a member of the "CSX OFC Gang".
Frank loved his family and friends and will be missed.

No words can express the loss of a love one. I had known Frank since I was a child myself. I have great mermories of him and all the family and great times we all shared. It's a great loss to to us all. I express my deepest sympathy to all: Younne, Terry, Tracy and to all great & grand children that he loved so dearly. My thoughts and prayers with you all.

May Gods peace be with the family now and always. My parents Jackie and Thomas Deeds talked very highly of Frank, and I know he will be missed.

Although we did not get to see Frank often, he was always lots of fun and seemed happy when he was with us. I will never forget how he brought Yvonne back into our lives and how thankful all the O'Steen
family is for that. We have shared some good times over food in Waycross and he will be missed this January.

Sincere condolences to Yvonne and the entire family--Frank was truly a fine man and very much loved his family. He was so proud of them and was very quick to say so....I liked that... Seminole Booster meetings will be missing yet another fine member. God give you peace and comfort.

I know that no words can describe the pain you are all going through. Papa was an Incredibly Loving Husband, Father and Grandfather. I like many have always looked up to him as a Father figure. I have never known any man that totally gave of himself the way he has. It has always been a known fact that Papa loved his family more than life itself. What a wonderful example and legacy to leave for his family. I am keeping you all in my prayers if any of you need anything please let me know. Love Robin (Beaner)
