My Condolences to Mr. Williams family. -I recall - when I was in 2 nd grade - Mr Williams as Assistant Principal at Sabal Palm Elementary and then I saw him again at Nova Elementary when I transferred to Nova. Mr . Williams was always smiling and ran a "`tight ship " keeping the students in line and safe at the bus lines after school - Thank you Mr . Williams for your life long dedication to encouraging & inspiring all of the students and families of Broward County. Thank you for making the world a better place with love - Nancy Remington Heenan

I was a student when Walker first opened, while my mom was a teacher there. We never forget Mr. William's infectious and positive spirit. What a role model and leader! Condolences to the Williams family. Jeff and Sue Pikus

As a former student and first set of students of Walker Magnet Elementary. I have never nor will ever forget Mr. Williams. He took interest in ALL children and made all of us feel special. He had that magic to not drill positive energy in you it just radiated off him and you got it! Anytime I seen him in public I always told him how much I appreciated him. FANTASTIC!!!

Mr. Williams left his indelible mark on District 5. He cared for the students, teachers and administrators in a way that breathed life into the work. I was not a principal in Mr. Williams´ district, but he had his secretary to call me in to his office within two weeks of my hire as principal leader. Mr. Williams shared leadership nuggets with me that I still follow today. He understood how to cultivate good seeds in a school culture. I am forever grateful to him.
