I remember many good times in the smoking room of the casino where we would share a laugh or two. Ben always made my work day much brighter just by smiling at me!I will miss his seasoning salt that also improved my cooking efforts. He is probably creating a dish for God as I type!lovya Evelyn and he could not have picked a better partner in life. Our 2nd dad and mentor, Benny was a world-class trainer, to make you ready for ANY career. He had class. The number of people you affected is countless. Thank you Chef!

Evelyn & family;
I worked for BJ back in the 80's & 90s at the Windsor Yacht Club, it was my first job, I was just 16 - BJ was my first boss and is still the best boss I've had to this day. There were a few of us boys that worked there for many years, we grew up there and we came to be good friends with BJ - I'm sure he could remember us all. He taught us great culinary skills we all use to this day; he also taught us a little about teamwork and about discipline, humility, dignity and to be proud of our work...he made men of us boys and I'm sure I can speak for us all when I say we appreciate it. He legacy lives on in everything we do today. The first & best boss some of us have ever had. We'll surely miss him!
