May Peace and Comfort be with Family and Friends. I met Ben in May 1970 when I was just a Rookie with the MPDC, Ben was one of my Training Officer's at Old No. 10 Precinct assigned to the patrol division. Later we would attend classes at the University of Maryland together, thank you Ben for being a Teacher and Friend.
