I sure enjoyed playing golf with you over our lifetime starting in middle school at the CCC. We were so evenly matched which made it such a challenge. You were a great golfer and a better man. I only wish that later in life we had played more often when I was in town.

Owen was a good friend of my youth. He was a man of character even as young Medical student. I last saw him many years ago at a Quis Qui event. I remember fondly dancing with him then. Those memories are the reason I still call myself "A misplaced Charlestonian!"

What a wonderful man! He has been my family dentist since the 70´s. Always providing excellent care, jokes, kindness and compassion. Our hearts are saddened by his transition but we will hold dear the memories made through the years. Be encouraged for he has left a powerful legacy.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the family for their loss. May you all find peace at this difficult time.

I would like to extend my deepest sympathy to the family. As others, I have so many wonderful memories of playing golf with Owen during my youth. Being a few years ahead of me, he helped me become a better golfer and I often thought of him as my mentor.
