Benjamin Samad

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Benjamin Michael Samad, age 43, who left us unexpectedly on November 27, 2024. Born on March 24, 1981, in Covington, Kentucky, Benjamin was a loving son, brother, father, and friend. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mark Raymond Samad and Catherine Anne (Poole) Samad, who now welcome him into their arms in Heaven.

Ben was known for his kindness, humor, and loving spirit. His life was a testament to his deep care for others, always willing to lend a hand or share a moment of joy. Whether building a barn for a friend or a mansion by the beach, he demonstrated his skills as a carpenter with dedication and excellence. Benjamin will be remembered for his craftsmanship, perseverance, and strong work ethic.

He is survived by his daughter, Jasmine Samad; brothers, Bill Samad, Brian Samad, and Jacob Samad; sisters, Sara Coppage (brother-in-law, Jeff) and Beth Craver (brother-in-law, Michael); and his nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind a wide circle of friends who cherished his presence.

A celebration of life will be held on December 15, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at Florence Baptist Church, 642 Mt. Zion Road, Florence, KY. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Mental Health America of NKY and SW Ohio in memory of Benjamin Samad. Though he is gone from this world, his spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of all who loved him.

Rest in peace, Benjamin. You will forever be missed, but never forgotten.
