I'll always remember the day I walked next door to first lay eyes on Ben as a newborn, sleeping in his bassinet he was so precious & beautiful! Ben (and Amy) will always be part of Shane & Lee's carefree & happy early childhood memories.

I'm very sorry to hear the news of Ben's passing. I'll always cherish the memories of running and hiding from the recess monitors, playing in the Treeline at KCPS with Ben and the others. Ben was a good friend. I have many fond memories of time spent with him when we were children, usually outdoors, digging and exploring and discovering. I still smile when I think of the business cards that Ben made at 12 years old(?) with his initials, BAT, and a bat design to match. I am so sorry to hear of his passing.
