Bernard Forster (Jack) Passed away peacefully on
26th May, 2015 aged 86 years.
Dearly loved husband of Bunty, loving father to Tony and Jennifer, Rob and Jan, grandad of Ashley, Alex, Michelle, Darren,
Adam and Shaun.
Rest in Peace
The funeral service will be held at Mansfield Crematorium on Tuesday 9th June at 1.45 p.m.
No flowers by request. Donations if desired, made payable to the Alzheimer's Society, may be forwarded along with all enquiries to Geo. Hanson & Sons,
