Although I haven't seen Bernie in years, I will never forget the kind soul I knew growing up and the smile he always wore. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Dave and I also worked on our class reunions. Bernie always came to the reunions, and was friend to every classmate. I also will remember he sat till the end of the reunions with the committee people and always walked out with us. As for high school memory always a smile on his face and a friendly hello. He will be greatly missed. Thoughts and prayers with him and his family.

Having worked on our Fitzgerald Class reunions I could always tell when our next one was coming up. I would get a call from Bernie and he would update me with classmate information. It was so great to see him for our last one in March. He stayed to the end and helped walk us out of the hall. Such a kind hearted man with a smile to brighten up your day.
