I was very saddened and shocked to learn of Bernie's passing. I worked with Bernie while at Crown Castle USA. There are few people in this world who have shown the patience and good heartedness that Bernie had. He is a good man and I am glad I had the chance to know him. Funny thing he taught me, "if you wake up at 5 am, your body is telling you 'it is time to get up', so don't go back to sleep". I will keep the family in my prayers.

I've known Bernie Wong from Flour Global Services while doing work for AT&T, then to Crown Castle USA when he hired me on as Office Assistant Manager. He always loves to tease and joke around with a big smile. He was very kind, caring person and always praises the work I do for him. I will always remember him as my friend and my boss who was a fun and loving person. I'll miss him and each day I think of him smiling down on us.

I was fortunate enough to work with Bernie recently at Crown Castle; he was a wonderful, kind, funny man who always had a smile on his face! If not for him, I would have never met the beautiful Kathleen Wong or my boyfriend. He was an extraordinary man...

Bernie was working at the Thunderbird as a bartender while the new Howard Wong's was being built, and he was recruiting workers! He told me to come over and see the new building under construction. I could have my choice of jobs. I looked and I was hooked! He was a very special guy who always treated us with such respect. He will be very much missed!

Dear Maureen, Kathleen and Dan,
I remember the many kind things Bernie did for so many people. Each of you is in my prayers, and it must make you feel good to know he is at peace. Take care.
