I know it is a very difficult time and our prayers and thoughts are with you, your father and the girls.

Sincere and heartfelt thanks to all who have offered their condolences and support through this very difficult time. It truly means so much to all of us, and is greatly appreciated. Mom will be greatly missed by all who knew her, she was an endless source of inspiration and support to us all.

Mom, we were fortunate enough to have a very close relationship. I feel honored to have had you as my mother, and I truly respect and admire you for your strength in the face of your struggles. You are a perfect role model for all of your family. I can only hope that I will achieve half of the things you have in life, as the gifts and talents you had to offer were so unique and priceless that they can only be gained by a lifetime of love, suffering and unwavering faith. If I can become half the mother you were, I will consider myself blessed. Please keep Angel close to you and let him know how much I miss him and guide me in my daily life to become deserving of a place with you in God's presence. Watch over my girls and guide them in their daily struggles, they still need you as do I. I promise to take good care of Dad for you, and pray that he will find comfort in your passing to eternal life, albeit a bit earlier than I'm sure he'd wished.

Mom, thank you for being the mother I needed, for your endless compassion and love and support. I still need your guidance, please know that you are always in my heart and mind, and that I need you to carry on. Please rest peacefully and be my guardian angel.

We are so sorry to hear of your Mother's passing. We can all empathize with you here as we are mourning the loss of my father who just passed away on Jan. 7th. It is a difficult time, but we must continue to love and cherish each moment with our family and friends while we are here on this earth. We look forward to seeing you again soon to celebrate life.

It is hard to fathom a dance at the Osgoode Old Tyme Music Club--without you and Bernice in that first set, right beside the stage, swinging to the music of a "Square Dance"!!! Bernice's mischievious smile is burned into the memory of everyone who attended there and so many other clubs that you both frequented.

We will miss your sweet Bernice very much--and grieve with you.

My deepest condolences on the passing of Bernice. I had the pleasure of working with Bernice for may years at St. Augustine School. She was a great friend of mine and I treasured all the talks that we had. Bernice, rest in peace till we meet again.
