Betty Elise Bohn

Betty Elise Bohn, 77, lifelong Superior area resident, died Saturday, November 8, 2003 at St. Luke's Hospital, Duluth. She was born in Superior, Wis. on August 18, 1926, the daughter of Christian and Alice (Moe) Sawyer. Betty graduated from the former Central High School in Superior. She is survived by four daughters, Susan Murphy, Evanston, Illinois; Nancy Bohn, Kathy Bohn and Amy (Steve) Nelson all of Superior; fourteen grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one nephew, Tom (Deidra) Sawyer, Rockford, Illinois She was preceded in death by her husband, William Bohn, in 1997; and one daughter, Pattie Bohn-DeRosia in 1993 and one brother, Ansel Sawyer in 2003. VISITATION:12 Noon Tuesday, November 11, 2003 at the William Downs-LeSage Funeral Home and continues until the 1 p.m. Memorial Service with Pastor David Kebschull of Zion Lutheran Church officiating. Inurnment will be at Greenwood Cemetery, Superior.
