Betty will be sadly missed by her work family at Lowe's. The Lord has called her for a greater mission and we must always trust his judgement. It was evident that Betty raised two lovely daughers who loved and cared about her deeply. Betty would always speak of her daughters and grandchildren with great love and pride. The Lowe's family will miss Betty's engaging smile and her "can do" outlook on life. The Chisman and Perry families are in our thoughts and prayers. With fondest personal regards, we wish the family peace and love.

I worked with Betty at Lowe's. Betty always had a smile for all, along with that smile she always had a loving heart. She will be missed by us. We have lost a friend, but God has gained a wonderful angel.

Crystal,

You are my sister and always will be. The last time I seen you was apx. 5 months ago and who would have ever thought mom would have been leaving us. I want to share something with you, that has helped me when I thought I couldn't go on any further, when I lost 4 family members in one year-including my grandfather (2005), my aunt (2006)and my grandmother (2007) I started questioning "God" and this scripture became my daily pray.We used to say it when we was small :)
The Lord is my shepard; I shall not want. He maketh me lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies:thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goddness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell int he house of the Lord for ever.
I love you my sister in life and in spirit.

Mom Betty, it has been years and I never would have thought the Lord would have took you away from us. You taught Crystal and I to never take people or life for granted. I remember you telling us, to be young ladies, stop trying to grow up so fast, leave them boys alone, and get your education. You stayed on Crystal and I soooooo much and I appreciate every moment. I recall you saying to me "you're not my real daughter but you are my child, and when you're at my house, you will follow my rules." I remember like it was yesterday and the funny thing is I find myself saying those exact same words. Mom you was right about everything, I only wish I had the opportunity to tell you after all these years. I know you're still watching over your girls rather we was near or far.
Love Always,

Crystal & Scherrie

Mommie,
Our hearts are full of pain, our eyes are filled with tears, and we feel so numb inside. You are truly going to be missed by many but we know that you are in a better place. You have raised us to be strong, independent, and responsible women and we will not let you down in anyway. When we close our eyes we see your face, your smile, and if we listen close we can hear your voice. When we shed tears it will be happy tears knowing that you are not suffering anymore. We promised that we would be strong and we are trying but it is so hard without you. We miss you and love for eternity. Help us from above to make the pain a little easier and not let our children see us in all this pain.

Crystal and Scherrie:

My heart is with both you and your children. The last time I saw your mom was at Lowe's and it was always wonderful to see her; so many fun memories back in the Hermans days. I'm sure she soared on eagles wings to go home and I know she will be missed here on Earth. During this difficult time, rely on your faith in God and He will be with you.
