Betty Carol Cooke

Stacy & family,
Betty will be truly missed but we all have comfort in knowing where she is and that she is not suffering. I am sure she is having a reunion with family and friends. Betty was one of my favorite people and I loved her sweet, sweet spirit.

Carol,

I am sooo sorry to hear about your mother. I was out of town on vacation and did not find out about it until Thursday. Mrs. Betty was a wonderful, wonderful person that I know will be greatly missed. I will pray for you. You will make it through all of this, it will be difficult, but time does help.

I was so sorry to hear about your mom. She was one of my favorite people. I always enjoyed visiting with her when we were shopping. I love both you ladies so much and know this is a very difficult time for you. You are in our prayers.

Carol - I am so sorry about your mother. She has been such a sweet, sweet lady. I am sorry that she has been ill, and hope that you and your family have comfort now that she is no longer suffering. It is very hard losing a parent, a hole will remain in your heart forever and you will feel lost at times. Trust me - you just keep going, one day at a time and you will find peace and comfort. Your Dad is a sweetheart too - so tell him my thoughts are with him also. God Bless.

I was so sorry to hear about you Mother. I would have come to the funeral, but I did not find out until this morning. May God give you and your family peace and comfort in this time.

To Carol, Jimmy, Ethan and family - I know how close you are to your mom/grandmother and how much you will miss her. Just remember this is only a temporary separation as you will join her one day in heaven. Celebrate her life and cherish the memories. We love you all.

May you find peace in the memories that you cherish and the certain knowledge that Betty is in the arms of our Lord.

To The Cooke Family,
Your entire family means so much to me, as we grew up together. With my grandparents living across the street since the 60's and attending the same church, I feel as if your family is my family. I have wonderful memories of Betty and can see her now, standing in the kitchen with that huge smile, telling a story of some sort. In my eyes, she was the ultimate Christian woman, wife and mother. If you were to look up Christian woman, wife and mother in the dictionary, her picture would be beside the definition. My sympathy and love goes out to all of you in this sad time.

Betty was a wonderful, wonderful woman and had a huge impact on my life. She was my Sunday school teacher for many years, and the lessons she taught me have served me well throughout my life. She will be truly missed.

Betty was a very special person to my family. She and my dad loved to joke and carry on about anything.When my dad passed away, she was one of the first people to be at the house to help us out.
