Betty Bunch Forsythe

There are so many things I could say about Betty. She was indeed a true friend. I remember one time she went to my boss and told him she didn't like my title to which he replied "just what would you like me to assign Vickey's title". She told him and he did it She was a mentor to many young women. Although there was only a four month's difference in our ages, at times she acted the mother to me. She didn't mind giving advice and we always took it the way she meant it to be. One of the Great Ladies of Her Time.

I think of Betty so often and remember the good times we had together on trips. She even had the boat turned around when I got sick on it in Pittsburgh. She had power. She bought apple dumplings from an Amish laldy in Intercourse, PA knowing they would never be eaten. She had a heart of gold.

Debby, Mom will be missed greatly! She was such a wonderful and dear lady. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers always. If you need anything, please let me know. Love ya! Rosie

Betty was not only an inspiration to all that knew her but would do anything to help. I have many great memories of Ms. Betty and the one that will always stay in my heart is when she gave me a bridal shower that was over the top.

There was no one else like her. She was such a great sweet lady and helped me so much. Debbie, I am so sorry but you can enjoy the memories of a mother who loved you so very much.

A woman of distinction and power at NES....it was my pleasure to work with Betty. Betty lived big and left many memories with those she knew. RIP...you deserve it.

I loved Aunt Betty, even though in recent years I had not visited with her as I should have. She was very special to me as my "yard sale buddy" & friend back in the mid 80's and early 90's.As my Aunt by marriage, She was always kind, generous,loving and concerned and I loved her as a niece would and as a friend. She will be missed, however the many ways she has touched our lives will not be forgotten. My thanks and much gratitude go to the family, who always made me welcome as a member of the family.
