BETTY ISABELL Obituary
Billie was born January 21, 1931 to Howard and Julia (McCann) Jones. She was raised in the Kansas City area. On July 21, 1950, Billie married Kenneth Isabell. Together, Kenneth and Billie enjoyed bowling leagues, summer vacations in Minnesota, fishing and camping with their family almost every weekend. Billie worked as a payroll accountant before her retirement in 2005. She was a member of St. Patrick Parish in KCK. In her free time, she enjoyed crocheting.
Billie was preceded in death by her father, Howard; mother, Julia; step-father, Bill Crum; and grandchildren, Kimberly and James Neill. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her children, Colleen (Richard) Neill, Kurt (Blenda) Isabell, Keith (Cathy) Isabell, Kent (Robbin) Isabell and Klint (Ramona) Isabell; 14 grandchildren Jackie (Jeff) Snyder, Michelle (Thomas) Ceron, Melissa (Larry Farris) Isabell, April (Josh Burke) Isabell, Kyle Isabell, Steven (Samantha) Isabell, Brandon Isabell, Nicholas Isabell, Neil Isabell, Jessica Linnell, Matthew (Brittney Keller) Isabell, Megan (Devin) Perez, Mitchell Isabell and Kyle (Adrianne Babcock) Isabell; 18 great-grandchildren; and 2 sister-in-laws, Anna and Dorothy Isabell.

Colleen and Family,
I want you to know that you are certainly in our prayers and thoughts. I am sure your mother was a great lady. I know she enjoyed making folks happy with all her beautiful afghans she so lovingly crocheted. I know she will be missed by many.

I loved Betty Isabell and she was like a grandmother to my daughter Rebecca. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She really helped me when I didn't know where to go or what to do. She had a kind heart and was a good listener. She had very strong family values and anybody that knew her absolutely loved her. She will be sadly missed by me and my daughter. We love you Betty, your a beautiful Angel. My daughter Rebecca and I would like to send many prayers to the family in their time of need.
